Orders are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email whenever available.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier. If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.
Damage Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the shipping box, packaging materials, and product condition. This information helps us review and address shipping-related issues appropriately.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee under the condition that issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

- Non-Refundable Situations: We do not issue refunds for improper storage, carrier delays, incorrect shipping info, or misuse of products.
